NJ Farm Wedding | Katelyn and Matt

Uncategorized, Wedding

Hello, I am happy you are here!  Recently I explained how I spent a rainy Sunday morning getting lost in YEARS of my client’s wedding photos.  I wanted to bring light to older images, experiences and lessons!  Today I bring you the Brady, NJ farm wedding! Katleyn and Matt had a beautiful wedding in Cape May on a farm.  Not a barn, not a rustic space, and actual dirt floor barn! They were so fun, kind and sweet to spend the day with.  I love how big they both smiled all day!  I wanted to share some things with you from this NJ Farm wedding that I thought the couple did that I thought were amazing to help you plan your dream wedding!

  1. They knew what they wanted and didn’t settle. They wanted a barn wedding, and they got a barn wedding!  This took place before everything barn was all the rage, ha, who knew they were trendsetters?! I can only imagine the number of hours that went into research and making this happen.  She had a vision and made it happen in a realistic way that worked within their guidelines.
  2. They hired wedding planners.  Having a dream team there to support you and make sure all thing, big and small, go off without a problem is amazing. You should be able to relax and enjoy your day, having a dedicated team there to handle the details is never a bad idea!
  3. I love, love, love their dessert bar!  The Brady’s decision to have a sentimental dessert option.  They had family members make the couples favorite recipes.  I thought this was such a sweet and unique way to incorporate personality and some sentimental touches. The people who love you want to help and be involved in your wedding, this is a perfect way to give everyone in your life a small role!
