Wedding

Thank you for reading today’s blog about Versailles Ballroom Wedding Photos!

Mr and Mrs Oliver had a beautiful July wedding at the Versailles Ballroom in Toms River.  It was a hot, Hot, HOT day but these two pulled off perfection and everything went smooth and amazing! I am so grateful I was able to be apart of their day. I remember Ashley saying she wanted to feel like Cinderella, I think she got her wish!  The staff at the Versailles was prompt and attentive as always. Every event I do there is just as perfect at the one before!

Mr and Mrs Oliver – with your beautiful baby girl on the way I know your happily ever after will be just as amazing as your day one!

  • Q. Where was your ceremony and reception held?
    A. Ceremony was held at St. Mary’s of the Pines. And reception was held at the Ramada Inn in toms river, the Versailles Ballroom.
  • Q. What made you decide on your reception location?
    A. I wanted something close by so that family traveling in was close enough to be by. Plus I wanted something elegant and classy and this ballroom was all that I wanted. Nothing to over the top but just enough for it to catch the magical day.
  • Q. What was your favorite little detail you DIY’d for your day?
    A. My favors on each table. We had our little garden pots that I made the labels for ans filled them wth green filling. Also I printed out the instructions and placed them in there and finished it off with placing it in a bag. I enjoyed making them!
  • Q. How many dresses did you try on before you found the one? Who was the designer of your dress?
    A. I tried on about 10 dresses before I found the one. I knew the second I put it on that the one I got was the one. The designer on my first gown was actually a David’s bridal designer and my second gown was a Galina
  • Q. If you could change one thing, what would it be?
    A. If I could have changed one thing it would have been to have my second gown bustled already before I put it on. It took longer than I thought and I missed the conga line! I was so upset haha. But nothing else would have been changed. The night went so smoothly and perfect.
  • Q. Do you have any advice for future brides?
    A. Don’t stress! And don’t over do it. Don’t get me wrong I love everything I did but the night goes so fast it’s hard to acknowledge everything when you are so excited and just going around seeing everyone and it just flies by. just enjoy every moment of planning, try not to cry, and just go with it because everything will fall into place.
  • Q. What was your favorite moment of the day?
    A. My favorite moment of the day was walking down that aisle and seeing my future husband (at the time) with tears rolling down his face. I tried everything I could to keep it together so my makeup wouldn’t run, but it was definitely the most amazing feeling in the world. The whole day was beautiful! Every moment was my favorite moment but that was the one that stranded out the most to me 🙂
