This session took place on Long Beach Island during Chowderfest weekend 2014.  The weather agreed with us and it was on the warmer side for October, the sun was shining and we were able to get some beautiful images!

When taking engagement photos there are a few things you should keep in mind:  keep your attire simple.  You should coordinate but not be to matchy-matchy. Stay away from large prints, less is more. Select a location that is somewhat meaningful to you and chat with your photographer about what time of day is best.  Let go of your expectations and just have fun!  Choose a professional you trust and take the time during your session to enjoy yourself! Make sure your ring is clean and sparkling. If you are interested in bringing photo props make sure to steer away from things that are very trendy and pick things that are meaningful and timeless.
