I am so glad you are here to read about this Barnegat Light Engagement Session!
I met Rachael and Paul in Hoboken in the Spring to talk about their June 2019 BBYC wedding. I was in the city for a session and they happened to be available and we all hit it off immediately. I loved how excited Rachael was and the energy she brought to the table as a bride. The quickly booked me as their wedding photographer and we started discussing their engagement session!
The couple knew they wanted they wanted a Barnegat Light engagement session. I had big plans, lots of batteries and lights for a stellar sunset session. Mother Nature had her own plans and we got overcast skies. Confession: as much as I love a bright sky I also am a huge fan of the smooth and even light that only cloud cover can offer! We began our session at the beach and worked out way back up the walkways and paths.
Rachael and Paul were so laid back and easy to work with. They were complete naturals in front of the camera. We took our time, got to know each other better, embraced the wind and had an amazing session. I love that you can see their connection and fun, energetic attitudes in every photo. They really were a joy to work with!
Rachael and Paul – thank you for letting me be a part of such an amazing time in your lives!
